How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@diamatechnology.com.

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your account.

What Will Be Deleted

• First and last name
• Email address
• Optional location information
• Marketplace information associated with the account
• In-app chat messages associated with the account, where applicable

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained when required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Processing Your Request

We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before processing a deletion request.
